With a view to assist students and graduates to meet their career goals, the Office of Career and Employment at Uat offers a full service career management, including support in employment projects and research throughout the study period . These include periodic employment reports, general advice on job search strategies, personalized career counseling, as well as concrete help or advice on CV preparation. Also, every spring, in the activities of this office is part of the organization of activity “Career Fair”, where companies and various businesses present vacancy positions. In this way, interested students are offered the opportunity to apply and be interviewed by the respective employers.
Services offered:
- Functions as a bridge between industry and academic community working to realize the cooperation based on scientific research and education. To succeed in this mission, representatives of the Office of Career and interested students often visit large companies which operate in Albania and the region.
- Career Office assists in the localization of research and topics for the protection of diplomas from the business environment in order to establish contacts between these two spheres (the sphere of education and industry) and to establish working links with research projects real world.
- By maintaining close contacts with the business environment, the office follows the recent developments in the labor market. In this way, Uat creates and develops curricular programs in reference to various fields of study.
