Opening of Business Law 2010

Parulian Arita, SH, LL.M. Mahalum managers officially open the Faculty of Law Business Law Competition 2010 event took place in the Central Council Djokosoetono. Business Law Competition 2010 will be held from June 8 to 11 October at UI Depok campus. In speech he explores a variety of opportunities to be gained by students who often follow competitions both at home and abroad in the field of business, mengingkat not all diplomats came from the direction of transnational therefore he really wished that the participants could correctly competition really take advantage and enjoy this event so that someday in the future what is obtained really helpful to achieve success that will be cultivated dijenjang career.

This activity is divided into three kinds of sessions, namely: the 1st Business Competition Law Competition, the 1st Business Law Seminar and Workshop on Contract Drafting Competition. The competition is divided into two categories for the University Level and High School (SMA). For participants from the University is divided into 3 types of competitions namely preparation of Trade Contracts, Business Law Quiz and Debate Business Law and for Business Law Essays high school level with the theme: Developing traditional herbal products among the younger generation of Indonesia, Role of Government in increasing the role of traditional markets in modern society, the existence of cooperatives in promoting the welfare of small communities, build small and medium businesses that are environmentally friendly.

In this event the committee plans to present the keynote speakers were very competent, he is Professor. Dr. Ir. Tresana P. Soemardi, S.E., M.T. (Commission Chairman) and Mr Sofyan Wanandi, Chairman of the Indonesian Employers Association (Apindo). The competition was attended by representatives from universities in Indonesia, both public and private including the University of Padjadjaran in Bandung, Pelita Harapan University in Jakarta, Bandung Parahyangan University, Airlangga University Surabaya. As organizer of the Business Law Society is the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia and was sponsored by PT Indocement, Hafidz ABNR, and Mustang 88 FM.
