The buyer’s final decision whether to become a client of your business or not, is based on experience with the seller or those in “the front line.” First contact with clients is exactly those placed in the position of retailers. Often it has happened, but I believe you, not to buy in a shop set precisely by the fact that I felt that the seller has not been well received. I have experienced many occasions when I’m introduced to a shop and sellers communicate between themselves without paying more important to me as a subject which keeps the business alive and ensure their survival. Also, there have been cases where the seller has not provided appropriate assistance when I wanted to guide me to find a particular product on the shelves.
