Candidate for mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha bases its platform to increase jobs, increase wages and improve conditions for citizens to investment. Basha announced today that its program provides employment, improvement of infrastructure and business climate, fiscal incentives and attraction of foreign investments. Basha said that there will be fiscal incentives for 4-5 years for businesses that employ over 50 employees and industrial parks will be created based on the Regulatory Plan, which will be completed within 12 months.
