The buyer’s final decision whether to become a client of your business or not, is based on experience with the seller or those in “the front line.” First contact with clients is exactly those placed in the position of retailers. Often it has happened, but I believe you, not to buy in a shop set precisely by the fact that I felt that the seller has not been well received.
